How to Schedule Service Online
Our customers can use the following step-by-step guidelines when scheduling their service appointment online:
1.) Signing In – The online service schedule is designed for repeat use. There are a few options to access the system. You can begin by signing in with existing Google credentials, entering your email or phone number from a previous service, or enter the vehicle’s make, year, and model as a new customer at the bottom. New customers will need to begin by entering vehicle information as a new customer or with Google email and password.
2.) Vehicle Information – First-timers will enter pertinent vehicle information including the make, year, model, transmission, drive type, trim, engine type, engine size, and a mileage estimate. The system will load existing vehicle information from a previous service if you have used the system previously.
3.) Services – You will select the services to be completed. Customers are given recommended maintenance packages that match vehicle miles with individual services listen also. Select the service that you need, or enter a description of what you need if you don’t see the service listed.
4.) Transportation – Select your transportation requirements while we are servicing your vehicle. More involved services will have a shuttle and rental vehicle option. Be sure to check the box if you need a shuttle ride or to secure a rental.
5.) Appointment – Select the appointment day and time from the options calendar. You can also select a preferred advisor from the drop-down list toward the top.
6.) Review – Review the final details for accuracy. You can also get reminders and updates sent via text or email. Add any additional comments and request a return phone call. When the details are accurate, you will book the service.
